Musical Handshake A concert featuring two outstanding male voice choirs. The acclaimed Romsey Male Voice Choir are joined by the Tenby Male Choir who will bring a touch of Welsh magic to the evening. Join the acclaimed Romsey Male Voice Choir and Tenby Male Choir for an exciting and varied evening of song. The programme ranges from the traditional to modern musical and rock ... emotional to rousing, contemplative to quirky.
The event supports the Richard Lovell Tribute for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

 BELLRINGERS' BOOKSTALL
Yes! We've started already! Each year we have a completely fresh stock of books for you at Goodworth Clatford's Flower Show and Fete and, to this end, we have already started building our 2010 collection. If, therefore, you have PAPERBACKS which need a new home (please NO hardbacks, Readers Digest or magazines!), these can be left at the rear of either church (inside) from where we will collect them. We are still knitting!! More Wool Please!! Goodworth Clatford WI members are still knitting furiously for children's charities but are urgently in need of more wool. We particularly need machine-washable baby 4-ply, double knitting and chunky yarns, and any other double knitting (or similar) that you may have lurking in your cupboards. Part-balls and oddments are quite acceptable. Thank you to those of you who responded to our last request.  ANDOVER FOODBANK APPEAL Thank you to all who have contributed to the appeal so far; we have emptied the box in St. Peter's several times. If the walk up Church Lane is a bit daunting with heavy tins of food, then don't forget that you can drop things off at Goodworth Clatford Post Office as well. The need is as great as ever and may well increase this year if things get more difficult, as many are predicting – so please don't forget those who have so little ..... a tin or two is not much of a sacrifice for most of us and is a lifeline to many families. Is Your Electric Blanket Safe?
 Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service, and Hampshire Trading Standards, are offering FREE SAFETY CHECKS on all electric blankets during October; there are fifteen different venues this year. Old or worn electric blankets could be dangerous and cause a fire. Get your blanket tested for FREE before you need to use it this winter. Don't forget – your Clatford Magazine subscription is now due. An envelope was enclosed with your February magazine, and if you haven't done so already, please put your subscription inside and return it to your delivery person. The current rates are:
Annual Subscription (hand delivered) - £5.00
Individual copies - 60p
Postal Subscription - £9.00
